Our proprietary help desk software is used to create and manage requests. When a request is created it gets automatically routed to the appropriate category, subcategory and item using business rules designed in collaboration with you. When a trouble ticket is created it gets immediately assigned to one of our PeopleSoft experts. In addition, our PeopleSoft Intelligent Help Desk comes with a built-in web-based knowledge-base system available where your users can search for a solution from a self-service portal.
Live phone coverage is available from 7am to 7pm EST and we guarantee one hour call back. In addition, if BTRG performed your implementation or upgrade you can have on-going access to the same team after the system has gone into production. As a result, the support you receive will be exceptionally knowledgeable and on-going issues can be addressed quickly with on-site training sessions.
Requests are prioritized and the resolution time is pre-defined through service level agreements. We ensure proper SLA compliance by defining our SLA's in our help desk software and then setting automated escalation levels for SLA violations.
