Welcome to the BTRG Software as a Service (SaaS) blog. I am Jim Johnson and I manage BTRG’s Workday Solution Practice. Through this blog my team and I hope to bring you our thoughts and experience on the SaaS marketplace. We will also look to provide valuable tips on implementing and managing a SaaS solution for your business taken from our implementation experience in the Workday product line.

As a point of background, BTRG has been watching and participating in the SaaS marketplace for over two years now. The experience we have gained lends itself to this type of forum, where we can discuss the business value and innovative change that a shift to SaaS solutions for administrative applications delivery can bring to the enterprise.
