<description>Robin, funny you should ask. Although I have not implemented Maintenance Management I have been doing some research on that module for a potential client. There are several new enhancements. The following is the list at a high level:

1. Personal Time Entry on the Technician Workbench
2. Service request and work order usability enhancements including the following:
      - Ability to create a service request directly from the Service Request Inbox
      - Case insensitive search for assets by description
      - Filtering of eligible assets by tag number smart coding
      - Additional asset search criteria
3. Work Order Usability Enhancements including the following:
      - Tracking of work order durations by fractions of an hour
      - Ability to view and update work order and task descriptions from the express work order
      - Ability to display work order and task descriptions on the work order, crew scheduling, technician and labor assignment workbenches
      - Hyperlink to the Project/Activity page from a work order
4. Asset searches initiated from the service request and work order provide the ability to search for components within an asset hierarch
5. Capability to Create eProcurement Requisitions from a Work Order if ePro is installed
6. The capability to add to equipment parts lists from the work order, express work order and work order task template
7. The capability to track and analyze equipment failure incidents for various operational and regulatory needs
8. The Asset Maintenance Cost Analysis feature provides the capability to summarize maintenance costs by various dimensions
9. Web services integration with mobile devices allows maintenance organizations the flexibility of entering and retrieving work order data from a handheld device
10. Preventive Maintenance Schedule Linking
11. Preventive Maintenance Work Order Generation Based on Lead Days
12. Preventive Maintenance Mass Schedule Updates

Hope this helps!</description>
