Kathy,
Looking forward to meeting you at OOW. You are going to love AWE!! I would definitely be interested in chatting about your project and helping where I can in lending some planning help. I am very happy to hear you are enrolled in my sessions. I will be working at our booth during the conference as well. Please stop by for some goodies/give aways. I will see you in just a few days!

I enrolled in both of your Open World sessions, after I found and enjoyed your Ramblings blog. I have really enjoyed the updates and have been trying to calculate how long your project plan must have allocated for the Current State and Fit/Gap. I'm guessing 3 weeks for each. Here at the Federal Reserve Bank, we are about 6 months behind MITRE. I will be the Functional Business Analyst leading our HCM 9.0 to 9.1 upgrade targeted for go-live November 2011 and am just now beginning the planning. I feel we are a already behind sched, however, we did a tools-only upgrade to 8.50 a few months ago to lay the foundation, so the usability changes are already in place. I will definitely come up and say "Hi" after your presentation. I hope to learn more about AWE.
