I wanted to send out a big ‘Thank You’ to everyone who has been following my blog posts. This blog has started a great many conversations and I’m grateful to everyone who has submitted comments or otherwise reached out to me.
One request we most often receive is for me to send along the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 presentations that I’ve given at conferences and user groups this year. That’s why I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that I’ll be presenting 2 sessions at next week’s Oracle Open World conference in San Francisco. The details of my presentations are below.

I enrolled in both of your Open World sessions, after I found and enjoyed your Ramblings blog. I have really enjoyed the updates and have been trying to calculate how long your project plan must have allocated for the Current State and Fit/Gap. I’m guessing 3 weeks for each. Here at the Federal Reserve Bank, we are about 6 months behind MITRE. I will be the Functional Business Analyst leading our HCM 9.0 to 9.1 upgrade targeted for go-live November 2011 and am just now beginning the planning. I feel we are a already behind sched, however, we did a tools-only upgrade to 8.50 a few months ago to lay the foundation, so the usability changes are already in place. I will definitely come up and say “Hi” after your presentation. I hope to learn more about AWE.
